The WNS low nitrogen condensing (built-in) hot water boiler adopts a mature three pass full wet back structure, with a large opening front smoke box design, a low nitrogen burner combined with a large furnace and high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipes, and the principle of injecting flue gas external circulation (FGR) or fully premixed surface combustion technology. The boiler is matched with a reasonable low nitrogen burner flame, which fully reduces the combustion temperature in the high-temperature zone of the furnace flame and effectively controls the increase in NOx concentration. After testing, the boiler fully meets the ultra-low nitrogen emission standard of NOx ≤ 30mg.

The combustion chamber of WNS low nitrogen condensing hot water boiler is composed of a large diameter full corrugated furnace liner, with a large combustion space, complete fuel combustion, effective absorption of thermal expansion, and a large radiation heating area. The diameter of the pot shell is large, the water capacity is large, the adaptability to load changes is strong, and the output is stable. Using thread heat transfer calculation and spiral disturbance design principle, efficient heat transfer and low friction resistance threaded smoke pipes are designed through 3D animation simulation. High quality seamless steel pipes are used to achieve good heat transfer, low friction resistance, and extended service life.

The WNS low nitrogen condensing hot water boiler is equipped with a built-in condenser at the rear, all components are laser cut and cold worked, and low-temperature corrosion-resistant ND steel spiral finned tubes are selected to increase heat transfer area in a limited space, fully absorb tail flue gas, reduce exhaust gas temperature, and improve boiler thermal efficiency. Its structure is built-in and does not occupy the space area of the boiler room, with a wide range of applications.

The outer surface of the WNS low nitrogen condensing hot water boiler body is covered with aluminum silicate felt with good insulation performance. The outer frame is made of high-quality cold drawn plate processed by CNC folding machine, and is formed into a "concave" shape with strong pressure resistance. The skeleton is connected and welded to the front and rear panels. The packaging panel is a rectangular embedded card type assembly, with concave self tapping wire holes at all four corners, and sealed with 304 decorative cover for easy maintenance. The overall shape is beautiful and novel, with small heat dissipation loss and improved boiler thermal efficiency.

(5) Thoroughly solving the problem of subcooled boiling in hot water boilers: The scientific arrangement of the hot water boiler's return water system has increased the disturbance of the water side of the heating surface in the high-temperature zone, avoiding the occurrence of subcooled boiling in local areas, and completely solving the problem of cracks in the tube plate and tube end in the high-temperature zone.

(6) Multi functional safety explosion-proof device: The boiler rear panel is equipped with an explosion-proof device connected to the furnace to prevent the release of high energy generated in the event of severe fuel explosion in the furnace. It can automatically reset and has the functions of a fire observation mirror and maintenance channel. By adjusting the combustion flame during operation, the furnace inspection and maintenance are convenient.

(7) Convenient maintenance inside the boiler: There is a manhole at the top of the boiler, and unique manual control devices are installed at the lower and middle parts of the front and rear ends of the boiler, making it easy to inspect and clean the equipment inside the boiler and the bottom of the boiler.

(8) Unique sealing of front and rear smoke boxes: The smoke box adopts a double opening smoke box door, which is easy to open. It has a multi-stage labyrinth seal and a specially designed sealing material with good compressibility, completely blocking the leakage of smoke and making it reusable.

(9) Reliable pressure and temperature protection: Multiple control protections are set for boiler pressure and water temperature, as well as over smoke temperature protection, to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

(10) Leading automatic control level: The boiler controller adopts Siemens and Delixi electrical components, with reliable performance.
